12/16/2011 - TRANSIT CENTER AT MANAS, Kyrgyzstan -- Airmen and Soilders spent the afternoon sorting more than 3,600 jackets by size and gender and packaging more than 500 blankets Dec. 14. The jackets and blankets, worth $102,000, will be donated to Kyrgyz citizens through Operation Warm and Dry, an annual Transit Center humanitarian assistance program.
