Chief Master Sgt. Robert L. Sealey is the Command Chief Master Sergeant for United States Air Forces Central Command, Southwest Asia. He advises the commander and staff on matters influencing the health, welfare, morale, and effective utilization of assigned enlisted personnel. As the Air Component of United States Central Command, USAFCENT's mission is to develop contingency plans and conduct air operations at seven Air Expeditionary Wings and two Advisory and Assistance Wings in a 20-nation area of responsibility.

Chief Sealey grew up in Zanesville, Ohio, and entered the Air Force in December 1986. His background includes a variety of security forces assignments and numerous leadership positions at the squadron, group, and wing levels. He has been stationed at locations in Japan, England, South Carolina, Germany, Southwest Asia, Maryland, Colorado, and Nevada. Before assuming his current position, Chief Sealey served as the Command Chief Master Sergeant, U.S. Air Force Warfare Center, Nellis Air Force Base, Nevada.
